Our furniture, lighting + home décor pieces are designed with longevity in mind, and with regular care can be enjoyed for generations to come. All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement. To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid the use of cleaners and abrasives, as these will damage the material. Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage. If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.

Made of natural materials. Expect some variation in color, weaving and grain. We believe these qualities add to the beauty of each piece.

At Woven we are committed to delivering first-quality product in a timely manner and resolving claims in a way that is mutually beneficial. While all claims are handled individually, we rely on our showroom and e-commerce partners to help us reduce the expense and footprint of re-shipping/replacing large pieces by utilizing local repair or selling the item at a discount where possible.
