Our furniture, lighting + home décor pieces are designed with longevity in mind, and with regular care can be enjoyed for generations to come. All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement. To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below.

Spot clean with a soft cloth using a soapflake solution (1 teaspoon of soap flakes dissolved in 4 cups of hot water). Avoid standing or kneeling on woven furniture to prevent breakage. If you live in a dry climate, woven furniture can be lightly misted with a spray bottle once a month and hydrated annually with boiled linseed oil.

Orders are received and processed within 3-5 business days, and leave from our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio. Transit time is subject to the size and value of the order. It is preferred that large orders are delivered to a receiver or business. If delivering to an end consumer, please opt for White Glove Delivery. Our standard freight orders will arrive shrink-wrapped on a wooden palette to the first dry area (garage or covered porch) – the customer will be responsible for packaging disposal. By choosing White Glove, the order will be delivered inside, to a designated room of choice (up to two staircases), and the packaging will be removed. This does not include assembly. Once the order is confirmed, a member of our customer service team will reach out to schedule a delivery appointment.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. We acknowledge that damages may occur at the factory level, after shipping, or in some cases after use. Woven retains the right to repair, replace, credit, or refund at our discretion. Please see Returns Page for more information.
