Our furniture, lighting + home décor pieces are designed with longevity in mind, and with regular care can be enjoyed for generations to come. All our products are made of natural materials and thus will change over time subject to environmental factors like humidity, temperature, and placement. To maintain the look and integrity of each piece, we recommend following the guidelines provided below. In all cases, natural materials prefer simple cleaners and mild castile soap applied with a natural fiber cloth or sponge.

Linen can be laundered in cold to normal water and hung to dry. If using a tumbler dryer, dry on medium to low heat. For stains, soak in a soap-and-ammonia mixture and avoid chlorine bleach which may damage the fibers.

While all claims are handled individually, we rely on our showroom and e-commerce partners to help us reduce the expense and footprint of re-shipping/replacing large pieces by utilizing local repair or selling the item at a discount where possible.
